There are four main professions in "The Guild 2." Patrons, Craftsman (occasionally referred to as Tradesmen), Scholars, and Rogues. Each of these Professions determine which businesses you are allowed to run. For example, the Patron can run farms, bakeries and public houses. These are the business classes avaliable to the player from the start of the game.
